Key Performance Areas (KPAs) Analysis & reporting

  • Setup and generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for ops areas
  • Setup measures and track strategic initiatives
  • Run ad-hoc in-depth analysis across different data sources
  • Track and review performance of all areas to ensure targets are met
  • Understand the business process in order to create a new analysis that will highlight areas for improvement
  • Assist with developing analytics to review resource planning and discover opportunities to increase efficiency
  • Assist with developing analytical models to drive sales opportunities within the customer base and contact strategies


Qualifications & Accreditations

  • Mathematics or Statistics related degree

 Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in analysing data
  • MS Excel proficiency on an advanced level
  • SQL query writing skills will be an added advantage
  • Experience in statistical packages will be an added advantage (e.g. SPSS/ SAS/ R)
  • Experience in big data reporting packages will be an added advantage (e.g. PowerBI/ Qlikview/ Tableau)
